Detailed Description

RiboReady™ Color Micro RNA ladder is made for precise sizing of RNA molecules in denaturing agarose gels. RiboReady™ Color Micro RNA Ladder is supplied in a ready-to-use mixture that does not require heating or addition of a denaturing agent before use. RiboReady™ Color Micro RNA Ladder has the added advantage of containing pre-stained single-strand nucleic acids that are visible during electrophoresis. The apparent sizes of bands in the RiboReady™ Color Micro RNA Ladder are 100, 75, 50, 40, 30 and 20 bases in length.
