A 5μl sample of the protein marker was loaded and run on different percentage SDS-PAGE.

- 2 orange bands at 30 kDa and 270 kDa and a green band at 52 kDa serve as reference bands
- Easily transferred to membrane and Ideal for western blotting
- The molecular weight (kDa) of each protein was determined by comparison with an unstained protein ladder. For more precise calibration, additional data should be considered
